1.Production Supervisor/Engineer (Must Have Experience of Sheet Metal Press Shop)
Experience: 2 To 5 Years
Job Purpose:
Plan and execute daily production as per schedule.
Monitor shift-wise production output, machine utilization, and downtime.
Ensure production targets and customer delivery timelines are met. Promote and maintain 5S, visual management, and cleanliness in the shop floor.
Key Skill
Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical/hydraulic) and sheet metal processes
Understanding of quality tools: 7 QC Tools, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, etc.
⚫ Basic understanding of TPM, OEE, JH, and Lean Manufacturing
