Key Responsibilities: Behavior Management: Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies to address and modify challenging behaviors in children. Learning Development: Assist in creating and following individualized learning plans to meet the educational needs of each child. Extra-Curricular Oversight: Manage and guide children's participation in extracurricular activities to ensure balanced and holistic development. Pre-Skill Development: Design and execute activities aimed at developing foundational skills in areas such as social interaction, communication, and problem-solving. Protocol Development: Create, review, and update protocols for behavior management and learning development based on best practices and ongoing assessment. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's development. Assessment: Regularly assess children's progress and adjust strategies as needed to support their growth effectively. Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree in Psychology or a related field. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.
