You are an experienced and dynamic Export Sales Engineer with a strong background in the Automotive or Plastic industries. Your primary responsibility will be to manage overseas customers throughout the entire order execution process until delivery is received from the sales team. If you have a proven track record of handling end-to-end order execution in close collaboration with manufacturing plants and are eager to advance your career in this industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Your role will be based in Mumbai and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the Plastics or OEM Manufacturing industry. Ideally, you should hold a Graduation/MBA degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate, lead, and follow up with internal stakeholders for new projects, quotations, and processes. - Introduce new products to clients and follow up on new inquiries by providing quotations, price lists, samples, etc. - Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. - Collaborate with the Exim team for freight negotiation, export execution, pre-shipment inspection, customs clearance, and delivery coordination. - Implement and update marketing strategies, providing market insights on product trends to retailers. - Keep clients informed about order developments and resolve any queries or issues related to order execution and after-sales quality. - Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS sales reports for review by the Head of Department. - Work on ISO-related documents and ensure compliance for internal and external audits. - Utilize Business Intelligence Tools for generating management reports and conducting analysis. - Prepare, update, and analyze various reports such as MIS, pending order tracker, sales target achievements, outstanding orders, KRA, etc. About Us: All Time Plastics Limited, located in Mumbai, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of houseware, kitchenware, bathware, tableware, children's products, and storage containers.
