As we expand into healthcare e-commerce, were building a team of licensed professionals to facilitate ethical and compliant sale of medicines online. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and certified Online Pharmacist with strong sales acumen to manage end-to-end medicine selling through our digital platform. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Pharm degree with experience in online or telephonic pharma sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads generated via ImpactGuru platform for medicine requests. Counsel patients and caregivers on prescriptions, medication options, alternatives, and costs. Verify and validate prescriptions prior to processing medicine orders. Coordinate with distributors and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment. Upsell generic or value-based alternatives wherever applicable. Maintain accurate records of transactions and prescriptions as per regulatory norms. Ensure all medicines sold are within expiry and stored/shipped as per protocol. Comply with pharmacy laws, rules, and ethical selling practices. Provide after-sales support including usage instructions and refill reminders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Mandatory Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate 13 years of experience in retail pharmacy, online pharmacy, or tele-sales of medicines Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred) Comfortable working on CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and order tracking platforms Sound knowledge of medicines, dosages, substitutes, and prescription compliance Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in an e-pharmacy like 1mg, Netmeds, Medlife, PharmEasy, etc. Customer-first attitude with strong follow-up and closure skills Fast learner with high ownership and ethical mindset What We Offer: Opportunity to build and scale ImpactGurus pharma vertical High-impact role in a mission-driven health-tech company Fast-track growth and cross-functional exposure Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Show more Show less
