Preschool Teacher

As a preschool teacher, your primary responsibility will be to develop a careful and creative program suitable for young children. You will employ a variety of educational techniques, such as storytelling, educational play, and media, to effectively teach and engage the children in learning activities. It will be important for you to observe each child individually to understand their strengths and areas for improvement. By doing so, you will be able to help them enhance their social competencies and build self-esteem. Encouraging children to interact with each other positively and guiding them to resolve occasional conflicts will also be part of your role. You will play a crucial role in guiding children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a well-thought-out curriculum. This may involve activities like identifying shapes, numbers, or colors, as well as engaging in creative crafts. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing nap and snack hours, as well as supervising the children to ensure their safety at all times.
