As a Kindergarten Teacher at Birla Open Minds Preschool, your role involves developing and delivering engaging lesson plans in subjects such as English, Math, Environmental Studies, Arts, S.T.E.A.M, and Well-being. You will use interactive methods, stories, role-play, and hands-on activities to effectively teach young learners. Emphasizing emotional and social development, you will create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting physical and emotional well-being through mindfulness and healthy habits. Regularly assessing student progress and maintaining classroom discipline are key responsibilities. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, along with staying updated on modern pedagogical practices and early childhood education trends are essential.
