Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans across the core subjects: English, Math, Environmental Studies ,Arts, S.T.E.A.M , and Well-being . Foster emotional and social development by creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Promote physical and emotional well-being through mindfulness, healthy habits, and structured routines. Assess and document student progress regularly through observations, portfolios, and simple evaluations. Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and age-appropriate guidance. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open and regular communication. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events. Stay updated with modern pedagogical practices and early childhood education trends. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / English or a related field (Diploma in ECCE preferred). Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years environment( Fresh Graduates may also apply ). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills . Job Title: Business Development Associate (Female) - (On-site, Patna) Role Overview: We are looking for a female Business Development Associate to join our Franchise Development team in Patna (onsite) . The role focuses on lead generation and initial outreach to identify and qualify potential investors and franchise partners interested in establishing Birla Open Minds schools in new territories. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in approaching new prospects, and a keen interest in education and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads of potential investors, entrepreneurs, and institutions interested in partnering with Birla Open Minds for school franchise opportunities. Research and identify prospective leads through databases, online sources, networking, and market intelligence. Initiate first-level contact via calls, emails, or meetings to share franchise opportunity details and generate interest. Qualify leads based on their investment capacity, location, and intent. Maintain an updated database of all prospects and follow up regularly to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Coordinate with the Franchise Development Manager and Head Office for further discussions and meetings with qualified leads. Support franchise marketing and outreach campaigns in the region (events, seminars, exhibitions, etc.). Prepare lead status and performance reports for management review.
