Preschool Teacher

As an LKG Teacher at our location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for the children under your care. You will be expected to develop and maintain a positive relationship with both the children and their parents, providing them with a variety of materials and resources to facilitate learning and imaginative play activities. Attending to the basic needs of the children, enforcing administrative policies, and implementing the curriculum are all key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for observing and documenting children's progress, planning activities, and fostering their development in various areas. Collaboration with fellow teachers and administrators to enhance high scope programs, as well as maintaining and organizing educational materials in the classroom, are essential components of this position. Adapting teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children, ensuring their safety and supervision during different activities, and participating in training sessions are also part of your duties. To be considered for this role, you should either be a graduate or possess a Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification or equivalent. A minimum of three years of experience in a pre-school setting is preferred. Fluency in English, both in reading and writing, is necessary, along with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and children. Candidates must be at least 25 years of age and be able to demonstrate proficiency in the mentioned skills.
