Job duties / Role: As the Presales Lead, you will be responsible for presales of large deals, driving solution strategy, deal shaping, and proposal development for large-scale application modernization and cloud-native development opportunities. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and technology teams to craft winning proposals that align with customer business objectives. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end presales activities for deals cutting across Application Modernization, Cloud-Native Development, Microservices, API-led Development, DevSecOps, and Low-Code/No-Code solutions. Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, qualify deals, and drive proactive solutioning. Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations, articulating value propositions aligned with customer needs. Define technical and commercial strategies for deals, ensuring competitiveness and differentiation. Conduct customer workshops and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities and establish thought leadership. Partner with delivery and CoE (Center of Excellence) teams to create reusable solution accelerators and frameworks. Engage with technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) to leverage ecosystem solutions and joint go-to-market opportunities. Stay updated on emerging trends in Cloud, AI-driven Development, DevOps, and Application Engineering to continuously enhance solution offerings. --- Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT Services with at least 5 years in a presales responding to large deals. Deep understanding of Application Modernization, Cloud-Native Development, Microservices, Kubernetes, API Management, and DevOps. Strong experience in crafting winning RFP responses and proactive proposals for global enterprises. Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation and modernization engagements. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native development services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen to drive deal success. Experience in managing a presales team and working in a global, matrixed environment. --- Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud related to application development and modernization would be a plus. Knowledge of AI-driven application development and Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps). Experience in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices. Exposure to pricing models, deal structuring, and contract negotiations.
