As a Legal Admin within the Legal Insights team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients by extracting fees and terms from limited partnership agreements (LPAs) and other legal documents. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the timely completion of workflow tickets in adherence to client and internal SLAs/KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal business stakeholders to manage deliverables effectively. Your tasks will involve monitoring internal inboxes, updating team trackers, downloading and organizing legal documents, and reviewing these documents to identify fund structures and any missing legal documents. You will be utilizing tools like JIRA to execute actions for each ticket and communicate project status with internal stakeholders. Accuracy in setting attributes on documents for upload to the Document Management System is crucial to maintain data integrity. To excel in this role, you should have a legal background with experience in legal company secretarial work, familiarity with fund or corporate structures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. While 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Knowledge of JIRA or similar ticketing software and online document databases is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this position.
