Bachelor’s degree — will be verified
1 years professional childcare experience (infant/toddler preferred) — will be verified
2–3 recent references — reference checks mandatory
Clean police record — police verification & full background checks mandatory
Comfort with smartphone apps — will be tested (Blinkit/Zepto, Uber/Namma Yatri, WhatsApp)
Child-care responsibilities (required)
All child-related tasks: diaper changes, bathing, oil massage, dressing, feeding/meal prep, tidying child areas, child laundry, maintaining routines.
Strong plus
Teacher/Montessori certification
Valid driver’s license
