Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Food Technologist. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluation of teas herbs and flavours, managing and executing quality control processes, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality. They will also engage in research and development (R&D) initiatives to innovate and improve products, as well as oversee laboratory operations related to food technology. Qualifications Knowledge and expertise in Sensory Evaluation of food and beverages Strong background in Food Technology and Laboratory Skills Experience in Quality Control processes and standards Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies and practices Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field Prior experience in tea industry or related fields is an added advantage
