Hiring : Telecaller (Real Estate Sales) Location: Patna Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat) Must Have: Valid Driving Licence About the Job We are looking for a friendly, confident Telecaller who can talk to customers, explain our plots, and help them take the next step toward buying. If you enjoy talking to people and are comfortable in real estate, this role is for you. ------------------ What You’ll Do Calling & Explaining Call the leads given by us. Talk to customers nicely and understand what they need. Explain project details in simple language. Fix site visits and encourage customers to come and see the plots. Record Keeping (Very Important) Update every lead in an Excel sheet (we will set it up). Note who you spoke to, what they want, their budget, and when to call again. Keep all follow-ups organized so no lead is missed. Follow-Up & Support Stay in touch with interested customers regularly. Share project photos, videos, location, etc. on WhatsApp. Help them during site visits when needed. Market Visits Meet customers in person if required. Visit the site/project for client meetings. Sometimes visit nearby market to understand rates and competition. ---------------- What We’re Looking For Must be fluent in Hindi. Basic English is a bonus (not compulsory). Should know basic real estate terms OR be willing to learn. Must know how to use mobile, WhatsApp, and basic Excel. Confident, polite, and good at convincing people. Must be regular, disciplined, and good with follow-ups. Eligibility Experience in telecalling or real estate sales is a plus. valid driving licence is mandatory .
