Role & responsibilities Managing the overall butler service, ensuring its smooth operation and delivery, and acting as a point of contact for guests and staff. This includes leading the Butler team, coordinating with other departments, and continually improving guest and staff satisfaction. To be accountable for the financial performance of the butler service department. Ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience throughout their stay, from pre-arrival to departure. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs and preferences, providing personalized service and solutions. Address guest concerns and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Pan and execute special events and activities for guests as and when required.
