PredictSpring POS Platform Technical Support Engineer

You have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a candidate with 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in various Digital transformation programs focused on implementing and supporting Omnichannel Customer experience for global retailers. Your experience with Modern POS Platform projects, particularly with PredictSpring Platform, will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Provide functional and technical support for modern POS platforms like PredictSpring. - Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests related to PredictSpring POS application, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. - Work with RESTful APIs, SPIs, and integration points with systems (Adyen, Oracle Retail, Verifone, Taxware etc.) to diagnose root causes. - Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement permanent solutions. - Monitor and tune system performance regularly to ensure optimal performance and availability of POS applications. - Assist in the deployment of applications and configuration changes. - Participate in a 24/7 shift duration on rotation. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on Digital transformation programs. - Experience working with Modern POS Platform projects, specifically PredictSpring Platform. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving production incidents related to POS applications. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SPIs, and system integrations. - Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. - Experience in system performance monitoring and tuning. - Willingness to participate in 24/7 shift duration on rotation.
