OUR VISION: Leverage available talents as catalysts for a sustainable future Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zinc Battery Electrochemist at Precious Electrochem (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi, India. The Electrochemist will be responsible for optimizing the venture’s propreitary high performing zinc anode with industry standard materials and lead further development of electrolytic solutions, metal oxide / hydroxide cathode catalysts and assist the company’s vision to commercialize a full sized battery pack. Qualifications A successful candidate should be a highly motivated individual capable of using their scientific background to find solutions to technical challenges with a dyanamic and fast paced industrial environment. Ideally, the candidate should have all the following qualifications: • Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field with a focus on electrochemistry and/or electrochemical energy storag e devices • Research and Development (R&D) background, knowledge and experience with development of electrodes and electrolytes for electrochemical applications • Experience in working with zinc batteries is a plus • Prior experience in battery technology and electrochemistry research preferred Show more Show less
