Company Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to upskill our employees in English communication, client handling, and cultural awareness. The ideal candidate will have an Indian background and be currently based in the UK, with strong exposure to both Indian and UK work cultures. This role is focused on helping our India-based team improve their communication and relationship-building skills with international clients, especially from the UK. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on: English fluency, pronunciation, and grammar Professional written communication (emails, proposals, reports) Effective verbal communication and client call handling UK business culture, etiquette, and client expectations Building strong client relationships and trust Managing and hosting team/client meetings confidently Develop customised training modules suited to our business needs. Provide one-to-one coaching where necessary. Track progress of employees and provide feedback reports. Collaborate with leadership to align training outcomes with business goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Communication Coach, or Soft Skills Trainer. Strong understanding of UK business culture and client expectations. Indian origin/background with current residence in the UK (preferred). Excellent command of spoken and written English. Experience training IT/tech teams will be an advantage.
