Key Deliverables: - Support various tenders for Infrastructure as well as Buildings Precast Projects - Precast Project Planning: Conduct Demand-Supply Analysis, Optimize Construction Duration, Implement Standardization, Develop Time Motion Studies, Plan Crane Operations, Mould Planning, and Establish Productivity Norms - Factory Planning: Develop layouts considering workflow, placement of plant and machinery, and infrastructure requirements based on inputs from the design team - Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity needs and plan for equipment, space, precast-specific materials, accessories, and molds - Installation Planning: Create detailed installation sequences and schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines through collaboration with planning team and on-site stakeholders - Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for precast works and monitor actual costs versus budgeted amounts - Supplier Management: Collaborate with procurement and contracts engineer to manage supplier relations, costing, and project scheduling - Logistics Planning: Plan and oversee the transportation and handling of precast elements - Standardization: Focus on standardizing Precast Works across various projects - Digitalization: Implement digital tools for productivity improvement in precast standardization By excelling in your role as a Mould Designer at PWCC, you will contribute significantly to the center's mission of setting new standards in the precast concrete industry and driving innovation and excellence in precast projects.,
