Pre Sales - Study Abroad (UK/US)

As a Study Abroad Counsellor in the E-Learning/EdTech industry, your role will involve guiding students through the Study Abroad process with a focus on Global education market opportunities. You will be responsible for counseling students, assisting with university selection, applications, visa processes, and interview preparation. Additionally, you will provide information on scholarships, financial planning, and university offerings while maintaining student records and following up on application progress. Collaboration with the Sales Team to convert leads and drive enrollments will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students on Study Abroad options for Global Universities. - Assist with University selection, Applications, Visa Processes, and Interview Preparation. - Provide information on Scholarships, Financial Planning, and University offerings. - Maintain Student records and follow-up on Application progress. - Collaborate with the Sales Team to convert leads and drive enrollments. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in student counseling for Study Abroad services. - Strong Knowledge of the Global Education System and Application processes. - Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students.
