Key Responsibilities: Manage employee attendance, leave records, and organizational development (OD) requests. Perform clerical tasks, including drafting and managing emails and preparing quotations. Organize shooting and work schedules for projects, maintaining an inventory of deliverables and vendor information. Oversee data management by copying and organizing electronic and physical files related to shooting projects, and managing property storage lists for easy access. Maintain the accounts book by accurately entering income and expenses, and preparing and issuing invoices for services rendered. Facilitate communication by conducting introduction and pre-sales calls to potential clients, and sending reminders to employees and clients regarding deadlines. Follow up with clients for feedback and approvals, ensuring all communications are documented and addressed. Qualifications : Proven experience in administrative roles. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in data management and document organization. Familiarity with invoicing and basic financial management. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
