Pre & Post-Sales Engineer Water Industry

CS TECH Ai is currently looking to hire a Pre & Post-Sales Engineer for the Water Industry based in Nagpur, Maharashtra with a travel role. With over 5 years of experience required in Civil Engineering Water Infrastructure, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-value solutions and providing exceptional client support throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities for this position include collaborating with the sales team to develop customized technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, webinars, and technical presentations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for offering post-sales support, training, and troubleshooting for WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and Autodesk water infrastructure products. Acting as a technical advisor from the initial consultation phase through post-implementation support is a key aspect of this role. The individual will also be expected to document customer feedback and issues to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably in Water Resources or Environmental studies, and possess over 10 years of experience in pre-sales and post-sales support within the water sector. Proficiency in WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS is mandatory, while a willingness to learn Autodesk Water Infrastructure tools is highly desirable. Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Previous experience with hydraulic modeling, GIS-based design, or related tools would be considered a plus.
