JOB REQUIREMENT POSITION TITLE: PRE / ADMISISON COUNSELOR

BRANCH: BANJARA HILLS

EXP: Min 2-5 years

QUALIFICATION: Any graduate / Post Graduate

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Aim to always maintain the positive image of the organisation

To establish and increase the brand awareness.

Facilitate smooth coordination between Management, Staff, Parents and students. Supervise and assesses Parents attitudes, and maintain mutual relations and understanding between the management and Parents.

Give feedback received from parents to the concerned authorities related to any issue / query.

Draft Memos and Circulars based on the requirement and as per instructions received by PRINCIPAL.

Keep track of support programs and co-curricular activities.

Coordinate with Academic Coordinators and other staff members on the upcoming events and make necessary arrangements.

Organize events and induction of parents, tour of the campus Generate Reports as on a periodic basis and submit to Principal, keep a track of all the events and the parent issues.

Handle any PR related issue that may arise.

Conduct orientation sessions for parents.

Do regular rounds of school intermittently and supervise infrastructure maintenance and cleanliness of school

Document and report day to day activities of the school to the Management. Responsible for School academic calendar preparation, School Magazine, School diary and news letters to reach parents on time.

Joining: within 10-15 days period if selected. Salary: As per the market standards

DESIRED SKILLSET

Looking for an individual who can facilitate smooth coordination between Parents and students.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Effective listening skills.

Excellent planning and organization skills, a friendly and confident approach.

Ability to work well under pressure. Problem solving and create strategies for better admission cycle and placement of students .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
