PRC Ready Mix Concrete

PRC Ready Mix Concrete is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, builders, contractors, engineers, and house owners to generate leads and close sales. This role demands on-ground market presence, proactive engagement, and a strong understanding of the construction ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct regular visits to project sites, construction routes, and commercial/residential development zones Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, site engineers , and individual house owners to promote PRC Ready Mix Concrete Identify potential customers and projects for concrete supply; convert prospects into long-term clients Generate, track, and follow up on leads , ensuring a healthy sales pipeline Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed Keep up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitors Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for management review Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
