This role goes beyond sales, it involves working closely with the founders, driving growth, and contributing to marketing and user engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily sales and follow-up calls (4–5 hours/day) to convert high-intent leads into paying users. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and aspirants, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention. Manage inbound queries on WhatsApp, Telegram, and calls, ensuring fast and quality responses. Track and report sales performance metrics, feedback, and conversions regularly. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech, higher education) Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Proven ability to close deals, manage funnels, and hit revenue targets. Basic understanding of Marketing and Social media tools to handle queries. Manual + Automation QA Engineer (High Ownership Role) A detail-oriented QA who treats the product like their own — obsessed with quality, logs precise and reproducible bugs, challenges assumptions, and can build or maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). Key Traits: Owner mindset: Thinks like a PM — not just “does it work,” but “is this the right experience?” Strong manual testing skills: Deep understanding of flows, edge cases, regression, smoke, exploratory testing. Excellent bug reporting: Writes crisp, reproducible bug reports with videos/screens, proper severity tagging. Automation skills: Can write and maintain automation scripts for sanity/regression suites. Communication & clarity: Explains issues clearly to devs, documents test cases logically.
