Job description Profile Overview: This position requires a highly experienced engineer in process design, project management, and safety compliance. A combination of technical expertise, leadership, and project oversight is key. The role also offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and process innovations. Responsibilities: Basic and Detailed Engineering for process plant including PFD, PNID, HMB, PDS, Layout, Equipment specifications, etc. Design and Engineering for Utilities Package, Integration of ISBL and OSBL. Pre-commissioning & commissioning assistance for the process plant. Support for the technology transfer and scale up activities. New technology and innovations. Implementation and application of the various design and safety standards. Preparation of tender documents, and Techno-commercial evaluation. Energy conservation, troubleshooting, Process optimization and Plant revamping. Carry out simulation study using software’s such as Hysis, ASPEN, HTRI, etc Carry out HAZOP / HAZEN / HAZID and compliance of the same in the final process design. Preparation of SOP’s, manuals and standards for process plant. Monitoring and controlling the projects schedule and cost. Reports preparations and presentation for project activity. Qualification / Skills: Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical), preferably with a first-class academic background. Around 6-12 years of experience in process engineering, with expertise in technical services or consultancy services. In-depth knowledge of Basic & Detailed engineering, various design codes, best practices and process software’s.
