Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing sales teams, and monitoring market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, facilitating team training, and overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership Strong understanding of market analysis and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Proficiency in Client Relationship Management Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the textile or furnishing industry is a plus
