Pratidhwani is the first unit of the GVSB group in their mission to offer superspeciality Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, and ENT care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Auditory Habilitationist/Speech Language Pathologist located in Guwahati, who will be primarily working on auditory habilitation of children using Hearing Aids and Cochlear Implants. We use a highly child and Family- centric approach at Pratidhwani, which means apart from expertise in working with children, parent-coaching and counselling is highly solicited skill. Key responsibilities of this role includes : - Developing and Implementing individualized treatment plans, - Record keeping & documenting therapy plans, responses and outcome measures - Parent- coaching and counselling - Collaborating with team members and other professionals. Qualifications Qualified Speech Language pathologist/ Audiologist/ ASLP with a minimum of Graduate degree from an accredited organisation Experience in working with children, especially children with Hearing Impairment desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team of specialists
