Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is aseasoned Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience , proficient inAWS, Azure, and GCP, with a deep understanding of multi-tenant, event-driven architectures and DevOps/GitOps pipelines. The role requires expertise inInfrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, strong observability and security focus, and experience in managing large engineering teams across diverse technology stacks. Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design: Develop scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native SaaS and enterprise applications across multiple cloud platforms. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of 50+ engineers across different technology stacks, ensuring high productivity and technical excellence. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Technology Roadmap: Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for scalable and future-proof enterprise applications. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years in architectural leadership roles. Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (e.g., GitOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker). Expertise in designing and implementing multi-tenant architectures and event-driven systems. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible etc.). Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance, and best practices. Expertise in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, Open Telemetry). Proven experience in leading large engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud environments. Knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh frameworks (Istio, Linkerd). Strong background in engineering and analytics. Hands-on experience with log analytics, user engagement metrics, and product performance metrics . Ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in log data to generate actionable insights for product enhancements and feature optimization . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
