We are urgent hiring for telecaller profile Male and female both can apply for this post Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Calls – Handle customer calls to provide information, resolve queries, or promote products/services. Customer Support – Assist customers with issues, complaints, and service requests, ensuring quick resolution. Lead Generation & Sales – Contact potential customers, explain offerings, and convert leads into sales (where applicable). Data Management – Record customer interactions, update CRM/software, and maintain accurate call logs. Target Achievement – Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as assigned. Product Knowledge – Stay updated with company services/products to give accurate information to customers. Quality & Compliance – Follow call scripts, company policies, and regulatory guidelines. Communication Skills – Maintain professionalism, clarity, and politeness in all customer interactions. Team Collaboration – Coordinate with other team members to improve customer service and achieve goals. Feedback & Reporting – Share customer feedback with supervisors to improve processes and services.
