Job Summary:Pranesh Enterprises is seeking experienced and dynamic HR Recruiters to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing qualified candidates, managing interviews, and onboarding talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job roles and team requirements Draft and post job descriptions across relevant portals and platforms Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment records Conduct initial HR rounds and schedule interviews with department heads Support employee onboarding and orientation Ensure HR compliance and uphold organizational policies and procedures Maintain a positive candidate experience and a collaborative work environment Required Skills:Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Strong knowledge of job portals, social media hiring, and ATS systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Familiarity with HR operations and basic labor law compliance
