Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Project: Pranava East Crest - Hastinapur Gated Community Apartments Project : Greenwich- Attapur Project: Pranava One Hyderabad - Somajiguda No. of Positions: 3 Education Qualification: MBA (preferred) Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred, mid- segment/gated community exposure is an advantage) Role & responsibilities : Pranava East Crest - Hastinapur Gated Community Apartments Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for Pranava East Crest. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, presentations, negotiations, and closures. Conduct site visits, explain project features, and ensure superior customer experiences. Develop and manage strong relationships with Walkins, middle-income families, corporate employees, Channel Partners and referrals. Lead and mentor junior sales executives to achieve targets individually as well Team. Provide regular updates on competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and presentations for review. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in residential real estate sales (gated communities preferred). Strong client handling, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage with diverse customer groups, from middle-income to HNIs.
