Job Title: Project Cordinator / Site Engineer (HVAC Projects) Company: Pranacool HVAC Solutions Location: Pune / Mumbai / Latur / Gujarat (as per project) Experience: 0–2 years (HVAC / MEP site experience preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and confident individual who can visit project sites, understand technical and material requirements, coordinate with the project and client teams, and provide proper inputs to the management. The candidate should be able to communicate fluently with site teams and demonstrate leadership in managing work progress and manpower. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits to understand HVAC system requirements and site conditions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project-related discussions. Prepare and share site progress updates, requirement lists, and technical feedback. Communicate effectively with the site execution team to ensure smooth workflow. Support in planning installation activities, materials, and manpower allocation. Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards. Report site issues promptly and provide practical solutions. Lead and motivate site technicians and labor teams for efficient execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HVAC / MEP project execution. Strong communication and coordination skills (English, Hindi, Marathi). Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, copper piping, and insulation works. Leadership ability and problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and site reporting. Willingness to travel to different project locations.
