Job Purpose (call me if interested +919109038004) To assist in the planning, setup, execution, and follow-up of free or paid medical camps organized by the hospital. The Camp Staff will be trained in camp protocols and is responsible for patient counseling, basic coordination, and smooth implementation of the camp activities. Key Responsibilities Camp Implementation Assist in setup and dismantling of camp area (banners, tables, chairs, registration desk, etc.) Ensure smooth patient flow during the camp – from registration to consultation Coordinate with the driver, camp executive, and local volunteers Collect and manage patient data and documentation Patient Counseling Explain treatment options and hospital services to patients Guide patients on follow-up procedures and how to reach the hospital Take consent where required (including for transport, treatment, or testimonials) Encourage patients to visit the hospital for surgery or advanced care Answer common patient doubts regarding ENT/Eye care Training & Skill Development Undergo structured training to understand: Camp protocols and SOPs Basic medical terminology and conditions How to communicate respectfully and clearly with rural patients Attend regular refresher training sessions Documentation & Reporting Maintain camp records (attendance, referrals, patient lists) Take photos/videos of camps and testimonials where appropriate Submit daily reports to the camp team or coordinator Ensure proper collection and return of all hospital materials Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Good communication skills in local language(s) Willingness to travel and work in rural areas Physically fit and able to manage long camp hours Basic understanding of smartphones and forms Previous experience in outreach work or healthcare (preferred but not mandatory) Key Attributes Responsible and punctual Honest and respectful with patients Eager to learn and grow in healthcare services Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
