Responsibilities Conducting legal due diligence including analysis of the information related to NCLT, DRT, IBBI and SARFAESI Collaborating with the banks/lenders for preparation of data room for the NPA/NPL portfolio that is to be put up for sale Facilitate diligence for prospective investors for the sale of portfolios including resolving queries that may be raised Coordination with banks/lenders for any additional data that may be required by the investor Assess and interpret financial statements, ratio analysis, credit assessment and other regulatory aspect as required within the framework of all relevant governing regulatory bodies Requirements : Candidates who have completed or pursuing LLB or LLM Candidates with BBA/B.com qualification will be an added advantage Commute within and outside the city for business/client meetings Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or a related field within the financial sector Candidate with audit experience in banking sector (legal/financial due diligence in his/her previous roles would be an added advantage) Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends Relationship-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills Strategic thinker with a proactive approach Benefits : An opportunity for a full time at our company , based on the performance during the internship and requirement of the company Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern with a strong background in Finance and Marketing to support our firm in acquiring institutional clients , tracking market trends , and enhancing our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Finance, Business Development and Relationship Management within both Public & Private Banks, NBFCs, Fintech NBFCs and various other lending sector. Immediate Availability and Long Time Association is preferable. Key Responsibilities: ● Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Assist in identifying and reaching out to institutional clients, particularly banks and NBFCs, to establish new business relationships. ● Industry Research & Data Tracking: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and distressed asset market developments to provide actionable insights. ● Networking & Meeting Coordination: Build professional connections with key stakeholders, set up meetings, and facilitate interactions between lenders and investors. ● B2B Sales & Engagement: Support senior colleagues in pitching distressed asset solutions to bank personnel and NBFC executives. ● Proposal & Data Preparation: Assist in crafting NPL (Non-Performing Loan) resolution proposals, preparing data for lender meetings, and supporting due diligence processes. ● Market Intelligence & Reporting: Keep track of distressed asset transactions, maintain industry databases, and generate reports to aid decision-making. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Building connections and setting up meetings with potential clients, particularly banks and NBFCs, with a strong focus on B2B sales interaction with bank personnel. Supporting senior colleagues in drafting NPL resolution proposals. Tracking domain data on a regular basis and remaining up-to-date with the current trends in the Indian distressed debt market. Accompanying the seniors and assisting them in preparation of business/client meetings. Commute within and outside the city for business/client meetings. Requirements: Candidate pursuing or completed BMS in Marketing or any other marketing field A confident individual, who is presentable and possesses good oral and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills, analytical and data interpretation skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Proven leadership skills in handling a team to mobilize, manage and motivate.
