Role & responsibilities Operate and monitor production machines, including welding equipment, CNC machines, and assembly tools, to manufacture automotive components under supervision. Perform basic machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient operations. Follow safety protocols and conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards. Assist in loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Rotate across different machines and production lines as part of your training. Report any equipment issues to supervisors and support daily production goals. Participate in on-the-job training to learn welding techniques, machine handling, and end-to-end company operations like inventory and workflow management. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for dedicated freshers to join our production team as Machine Operators.
