The role involves managing client inquiries, conducting outbound and inbound calls, providing detailed information about properties, scheduling site visits, following up with potential clients, and maintaining accurate records of communications. The Sales Executive / Telecaller will work towards achieving sales targets and offering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in telecalling, sales, and customer relationship management Ability to handle client inquiries and provide information clearly and concisely Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
