Department : Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) Reports To: School ATL Coordinator Role Summary: The ATL Incharge will be responsible for the overall management, execution, and development of the Atal Tinkering Lab. This includes maintaining equipment, guiding students in innovation and STEM projects, organizing workshops and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the lab as per the guidelines issued by NITI Aayog and the institution. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the Atal Tinkering Lab. Ensure the lab is well-maintained, clean, and all equipment is in working condition. Support and mentor students in using lab tools, equipment (3D printer, robotics kits, sensors, etc.), and project development. Encourage students to think innovatively and work on STEM-based projects. Maintain proper documentation, including project records, inventory logs, and student attendance. Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, innovation challenges, and exhibitions. Collaborate with faculty and external mentors to enhance student learning. Ensure compliance with safety standards and ATL guidelines. Submit periodic reports to the Principal and relevant authorities.
