With over 4 million square feet planned in phases, Phase 1 has delivered 654 units, and Phase II, with 1000 apartments, is currently being marketed and handed over. The project is known for its abundant groundwater and connectivity to the SIPCOT IT park, serving 1400+ families and ensuring quality living and convenience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive project sales, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and managing the sales. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring sales targets are met. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related sectors Strong client relationship management skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in leading and managing a sales team Proficiency in preparing sales reports and presentations Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and other departments Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with the Greater Chennai Area real estate market is a plus
