Role & Responsibilities Reach out to contractors, builders, and vendors to promote the Pragati app. Explain features, give demos, and convert leads into paying customers. Follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets with team support. Skills & Requirements Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred). Passion for sales and willingness to work in a startup environment. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow. Prior sales experience (B2B / construction sector / SaaS) is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication are welcome. Compensation ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month at the start (as it’s a startup stage). Performance-based sales incentives. Salary will increase significantly based on sales performance and company growth .
