Operate and set up CNC turning machine with capacity of Ø400 mm × 1500 mm length. Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications. Select appropriate tools, inserts, and parameters for machining. Ensure accurate machining, maintaining required tolerances and surface finish. Perform basic programming or editing on CNC machine (if required). Inspect parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.). Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety standards. Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with supervisors for maintenance.
