Description We are hiring CNC Milling Machine Operators and CNC Lathe Machine Operators for our European operations based in India. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating CNC machines, with a focus on precision and quality in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in production. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator or CNC Lathe Machine Operator. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation. Experience with tool selection and setup for various machining processes. Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques. Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
