We are looking for a candidate, who is well versed with (also who wishes to get exposures) in- Preparing and filing of event based Eforms and Applications viz., Directors appointment and Resignation, Auditors appointment and resiganation, Authorised and Paid Capital Increase under the Companies Act, 2013 and , Partners Capital incrase and appointment and resignation of Partners Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and Raising CRF at MCA Portal. Preparing of Compounding Application , Reply to the Showcause Notice received from the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and MCA. Preparing and filing of Annual filing Forms viz., Financial Statements, Balance sheet and its annexures, Annual Return and other related forms. Preparing and filing of Forms and application for Incoporation of Private Company, Public Company, Nidhi Company, Section 8 Company and Limited Liability Partnership Firm. Preparing Application for constitution change -private to public, Section 8 company to Private company, LLP into Private company, Private company into LLP and Fast Track closure of Companies under the provisions of the Companies act, 2013. Co-Ordination and addressing the issues faced by the clients related to applicability of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 at MCA Portal. Preparation of Board Meeting documents viz., Board Meeting Agenda, Notice, Minutes, Attendance and other documents. Preparation of Shareholding Meeting Documents Viz., Notice, Directors report and other documents. Attending and Conducting Board meeting and Annual General Meeting and Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Clients. Conducting Secretarial Audit(s) for client Companies under Section 92 and 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 for listed and unlisted Companies. Conducting Due Diligence Audit for Companies preparing for IPO. Conducting Share Capital Audit for filing of Form PAS-6 under the Companies Act, 2013 for listed and unlisted companies Updation of Statutory Registers viz., Register of Members, Register of Directors and KMP, Register of Charges and Register of Directors and KMP shareholding and other registers. Liasoing with the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and Official Liquidator in connection with Merger, Demerger, Compounding Application, Adjudication order, AGM Extension, CRF and other approval Forms. Resloving the issues raised in MCA Portal while filing Eforms. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
