About the Role:

Practice Lead Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  solution architecture

  for client engagements across cloud, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with

  delivery and pre-sales teams

  to define architecture strategies, proposals, and solution blueprints.
• Drive

  practice growth

  by identifying new service offerings, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into

  scalable technology solutions

  .
• Provide

  technical leadership

  and mentoring to solution architects and senior engineers within the team.
• Ensure solutions adhere to

  security, performance, and compliance

  standards.
• Work closely with

  sales, delivery, and partner ecosystem

  to drive innovation and technology adoption.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1218 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in

  solution architecture and practice leadership

  roles in Java technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  ,

  Microservices

  ,

  API-led architectures

  , and

  DevOps practices

  .
• Proven experience in

  application modernization

  ,

  data platform architecture

  , or

  integration solutions

  .
• Strong understanding of

  enterprise architecture frameworks

  (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
