Practice Head - Cloud

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Being the Global Head for the Cloud services business, you will be accountable for the P&L and business growth. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior business leaders and clients worldwide. - Defining service level agreements (SLAs) for contracted services, ensuring their achievement to meet or exceed service quality and client expectations while also ensuring profitability. - Creating strategies, plans, and budgets for business growth. - Interacting with customers and leadership globally to keep them informed about Next Gen Cloud trends, facilitating a high volume of business. - Developing strategies for the Operations Division, overseeing resources, and ensuring timely completion of assignments within specified timelines. - Implementing performance standards and measurements set by Operations Maturity teams to manage ongoing service delivery and achieve delivery efficiency. - Leading people management processes including career planning, training and certification, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement. - Taking charge of Transformation and Service improvement programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in cloud service delivery across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, automation, and security best practices.,
