Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-notch customer service, and troubleshooting issues. The role involves daily communication with customers to resolve their concerns and enhance their experience with our services.
