Role & responsibilities Identify and acquire new international customers and markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and global distributors Promote and sell products such as locks, door/cabinet fittings, hinges, etc. Conduct overseas business trips, product demonstrations, and client meetings Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements smoothly Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in architectural hardware In-depth product knowledge of locks, door/cabinet fittings, hinges, and related items Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Must be willing and available to travel internationally frequently Familiarity with international trade documentation, client handling, and CRM tools is a plus
