Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Villa Construction Location: Hyderabad, Patancheru(Site) Reports To: Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–7 years (Villa/residential construction preferred) Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision: Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and civil works (excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.). Ensure construction is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor subcontractors and labor performance on site. Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements. Implement quality assurance processes and conduct periodic checks. Report non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken. Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other consultants. Assist the project manager in planning and scheduling daily activities. Ensure timely availability of resources (labor, material, machinery). Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and progress reports. Verify measurements and assist in quantity take-offs and billing. Maintain documentation related to inspections, approvals, and handovers. Health & Safety: Enforce adherence to safety protocols on site. Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety checks. Report incidents/accidents and ensure corrective measures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in villa or residential building projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques, materials, and construction practices. Skills Required: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of structural and architectural detailing. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience with luxury villas or high-end residential projects. Working knowledge of local construction regulations and authority approvals.
