Urgent job opening for PPIC- Manager - Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager at Andheri. Experience: 7 to 10 years Role & responsibilities :- 1) Visit and establish the manufacturing sites according to their facility and norms. 2) Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to ensure the fulfilment of company requirements and timely query resolution. 3) Review production plans and coordinate with demand planning, supply planning, and Manufacturing sites. 4) Circulate production plans to vendors and oversee their timely execution in alignment with export requirements. 5) Monitor and proactively manage the quality of products, implementing measures to prevent any quality issues. 6) Explore alternate vendor development options for critical SKUs. 7) Lead efforts for packaging changes and product improvements in collaboration with relevant teams. 8) Manage the end-to-end coordination of goods dispatch and QA release, addressing any associated queries. 9) Take ownership of coordinating and resolving queries raised by the QA team. 10) Facilitate manufacturing site audits and ensure compliance with standards. 11) Manage market complaints by coordinating between manufacturing sites and our QA team. 12) Oversee the creation of product codes and vendor codes. 13) Manage product shifts between manufacturing units, including evaluation, QA and R&D approval, and site-to-site product transfers. 14) Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the preparation and release of new artworks based on changing regulations. 15) Coordinate with vendors and arrange necessary documents for company tender business. 16) Initiate change controls for manufacturing sites products and maintain vendor records. 17) Coordinate supplier payments, resolving invoicing, taxation, and other discrepancies. 18) Analyze cost sheets, validate prices, negotiate with third parties, and finalize rates. 19) Ensure timely delivery of committed products to support monthly sales closing. 20) Generate monthly MIS reports for sales and purchase details of third-party products. 21) Maintain and update manufacturing sites material master product list and Vendor Master List on a monthly basis. 22) Identify opportunities for cost savings against the budget and implement necessary measures. 23) Proactively manage product risks to ensure continuous supply alignment with business requirements. 24) Maintain all planning execution data in SAP system.
