About MutualFundWala MutualFundWala is a 20-year-old AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor based in Delhi, now launching a digital-first investment platform to make mutual fund investing simple, transparent, and trustworthy for Indian investors. Our Android and iOS apps are built to help users start SIPs, track portfolios, and access personalized investment insights in a secure and compliant way. You'll be part of a cross-functional product team that's building this next-generation fintech app from India. Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong manual and automation testing experience on mobile apps (Android and iOS) . You'll be responsible for end-to-end testing from functional, regression, and integration testing to test automation, release readiness, and production validation. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure a seamless and bug-free user experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for new features and app releases. Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Appium, Selenium, or similar frameworks . Conduct regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple devices and OS versions. Validate API responses and backend integrations using Postman or similar tools. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, isolate, and verify bug fixes . Maintain and enhance the test suite, test plans, and test data for both Android and iOS builds. Perform release validation and smoke testing on staging and production environments. Work with the product team to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure all tests align with SEBI and AMFI compliance requirements relevant to fintech apps. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in manual and automation testing for mobile applications . Solid understanding of mobile app architecture , API testing , and backend integration testing . Hands-on experience with: Appium / Selenium / TestNG / Cypress / JMeter
