As we scale our operations and expand across channels, we’re looking for a Functional Consultant with ERP expertise to ensure our internal systems are streamlined, integrated, and ready for growth. Job Summary As a Functional Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, owning the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERP platform across finance, inventory, sales, and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational dynamics of a commerce business and the technicalities of ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand business processes across departments (inventory, logistics, sales, finance, procurement) and translate them into ERP system configurations. Drive the end-to-end implementation and roll-out of ERP modules (NetSuite / SAP B1 / Odoo / Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) based on business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map processes, and identify automation opportunities. Work closely with technical consultants/developers for customizations, integrations (e.g., with Shopify, marketplaces, payment gateways, and logistics platforms). Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, and create process documentation for internal teams. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing improvements. Ensure compliance, data integrity, and alignment with internal controls and audit requirements. Requirements 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in ERP implementations. Deep understanding of ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Odoo, SAP B1, or Microsoft Dynamics). Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or beauty/personal care industries is a strong plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional specs. Experience with integrations between ERP and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) preferred. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Nice to Have Knowledge of SQL, basic scripting, or system APIs. Exposure to tools like Power BI or Tableau for reporting. As the PA to the MD, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to ensure the smooth operation of the MD's daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the MD's calendar, coordinating meetings, handling communications, organizing travel arrangements, and overseeing various administrative tasks in a dynamic beauty eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Calendar and Schedule Management: - Efficiently organize the MD's daily schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure proper preparation for meetings and events. - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements based on urgency and importance. Communication and Correspondence: - Serve as the main point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and messages. - Draft, review, and handle official correspondence and communication on behalf of the MD. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce or beauty industry setting. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred). Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with eCommerce platforms or beauty industry tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
